off to dance camp in Maine, where Matt will be teaching a capoeira class to the kids from Citylights, I leave you with one final thought (picked from a million scattered thoughts that are bouncing around my head right now):
Wouldn't this Koigu make a lovely pair of Monkeys?
Hope you all have a great weekend and a wonderful week. See you after the 25th!

Oh, yes-yes-yes! Those skeins would make a loverly pair of monkeys!
What WOULDN'T make a lovely pair of monkeys?
You can't fool me with all this capoiera talk. You're going to an intensive training for So You Think You Can Dance. Speaking of, did you watch it last night? Because this was PHENOMENAL!

yes, more monkeys please! I loved the ones you made, and this colorway looks like it would be perfect! Enjoy Maine, I've always wanted to go there.
those monkeys are everywhere! just slowed down to catch up on your blog. especially loved your post about not calling yourself a knitter. i dare to call myself a knitter, but pale in comparison to most of my knitting friends. despite my lack of many skills and my insistence on using craft store yarns, i have decided to brave the world of blogging.

please check me out if you feel inspired.
Ooh--that's a very lovely colorway! I confess that I've tried and failed with the Monkeys--they don't have enough give for my taste--but I won't deny that it's a great pattern that makes beautiful socks. Hope to see some finished Monkeys soon!
And have fun in MAINE! I was just mentioning to my BF last night that I would really like to visit Maine. Tell us all about it when you get back!
Wow. Looking forward to seeing the final monkey! So yummy these colors!
